Come home to you—where wisdom waits, quiet and ancient, beneath the wounds.

Missouri, Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Nationwide Consultations

Where Healing Meets Wholeness

Therapy for the deep feelers, the resilient survivors, the seekers of self.

At Transformation Counseling, we don’t do surface. We go to the root—gently, skillfully, and with reverence for your story. Your struggles aren’t random. They’re shaped by lived experience, nervous system imprints, protective patterns, and the brilliant ways you've learned to survive. But survival isn’t the same as living. You’re here because something inside you is ready—ready for clarity, connection, and change that actually sticks.

We offer therapy that’s clinical, soulful, and unapologetically transformational.

Our Approach: Science Meets Soul

Our work blends traditional psychotherapy with holistic, experiential healing. That means we use evidence-based modalities like attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and somatic bodywork, alongside integrative practices like:

  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) — to uncover core self-identity

  • The Enneagram — to illuminate your ego structures and defense patterns

  • Parts Work & Inner Child Healing — to restore the connection to the you that’s been waiting underneath the pain

  • Body-Centered Gestalt Therapy & Somatic Practices — to bring the body into the room where it belongs

  • Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy — legally guided, ethically grounded support for those called to explore expanded states of healing and consciousness

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. You’re not a diagnosis; you’re a whole human. Our work is personalized, trauma-informed, and attuned to you.

Our Areas of Focus

Psychotherapy & Counseling

In one-on-one sessions or group work, psychotherapy offers a grounded path to healing the wounds beneath the surface. Rooted in trauma-informed care, this work draws on somatic therapy, parts work, personality typologies, Body-Centered Gestalt, and experiential practices to support lasting change. No altered states—just steady presence and the slow return to your truest self.

MBTI & Enneagram Personality Typology

The Core You program is a guided process of self-discovery that blends clinically grounded typology tools with deep therapeutic inquiry. More than just learning your “type,” it reveals the patterns beneath: your defenses, gifts, core wounds, and long-buried truths. It’s not about putting you in a box—it’s about understanding the one you’ve outgrown, and how to finally step out. If you’re ready to meet the deeper design of who you are, this is where we begin.

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT)

Psychedelic therapy is a powerful catalyst for healing—opening access to the deeper layers of consciousness, memory, and meaning that many other approaches can't fully reach. Rooted in trauma-informed care and practiced within ethical, legal frameworks, this work creates space for the parts of you buried by survival to come forward—to be seen, heard, and gently integrated. Whether you're seeking relief from depression, trauma, or longing for a more authentic connection to yourself, this process offers not escape, but return to wholeness.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT)

Ketamine therapy at our practice is a deeply supportive, transformative process—designed to help you access states of consciousness where healing can unfold in profound ways. Whether you're facing acute trauma or a sense of disconnection from self, this work invites expanded awareness, emotional release, and meaningful integration. We offer a clinically guided experience—from preparation to post-journey support—in collaboration with trusted medical providers who ethically prescribe ketamine as part of a full-spectrum path to wholeness.

"Beneath the wound is the wisdom. Beneath the survival is the self. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to who you were before you had to leave yourself behind."

Ways We Can Work Together

Individual therapy is a space to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself more fully. Rooted in deep, experiential work, sessions draw from somatic therapy, attachment repair, parts work, and trauma-informed practices to help unravel old patterns and reconnect with what’s been buried beneath survival. This isn’t surface-level talk therapy—it’s soul-level reclamation. A return to the self you were always meant to be.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a powerful space for healing in connection. In a carefully held, trauma-informed container, you’ll witness and be witnessed—finding language for your experience in the presence of others walking parallel paths. With shared insight, group work allows what’s personal to become universal, and what’s hidden to gently rise into the light. The medicine here is relational: it reminds us we don’t have to heal alone.

Taking Notes during a Virtual Meeting

Healing doesn’t always happen in an office—or on a schedule. Virtual and text-based therapy offer flexible, real-time support that meets you where you are. Grounded in the same depth-oriented, trauma-informed approach, this format allows for ongoing reflection, integration and connection—woven into the rhythm of everyday life. Because the work doesn’t stop when the session ends, and neither does the support.
